Vagas:

1) Technical Consultant Support
Responsibilities:
·         Be the contact person for a costumer or partner when reporting a issue;
·         Support our costumers and partners in the deployment, maintenance and usage of our software solutions.
·         Take ownership and resolving technical support requests. Provide accurate and efficient remote diagnosis, repair and case documentation.

Qualifications:
·         Native level speaker in Portuguese, Advanced in English.
·         Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Science;
·         The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of Meridian ECM software or similar products.
·         Database and operating systems experience with Windows SQL and Oracle;
·         Competent and proficient understanding of platforms, such as Visual Basic 6, Visual Basic Script, NET Framework , IIS and 64 bits OS;
·         Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies, including ASP, ASP.NET,AJAX, Web services;
·         Willing and able to work at customer site as required for in loco support;
·         An aptitude for excellent customer service and attention to detail;
·         Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
·         Organizational skills, time management skills, and ability to work independently are a must.

2) Technical Consultant
Responsibilities:
·         Lead BlueCielo´s customers in the successful design, implementation, and administration of BlueCielo software products;
·         Identify user requirements and plan work to satisfy user needs;
·         Works with commercial staff to demonstrate a good fit and high Return on Investment with the BlueCielo suite of software applications;

Qualifications:
·         Native level speaker in Portuguese, Advanced in English.
·         Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Science;
·         The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of Meridian ECM software or similar products.
·         Software implementation experience preferable; 
·         Database and operating systems experience with Windows SQL and Oracle;
·         Competent and proficient understanding of platforms, such as Visual Basic 6, Visual Basic Script, NET Framework , IIS and 64 bits OS;
·         Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies, including ASP, ASP.NET,AJAX, Web services;
·         Willing and able to work at customer site as required for project implementation;
·         An aptitude for excellent customer service and attention to detail;
·         Consulting experience is a plus.
·         Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
·         Organizational skills, time management skills, and ability to work independently are a must.
